Facility OverviewPeak Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 52-bed acute rehabilitation facility located in a collaborative environment between Duke Health, WakeMed, and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.
Unit Information- Facility Name: Peak Rehabilitation Hospital
- Floor: First
- Number of Beds: 52
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Equipment Used: Hoyer lifts, DinaMap, Nova biomedical glucometers
- EHR System: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric rehabilitation
- Shift: 18:45 - 07:15
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Requirements: 1-2 shifts per month
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Years of Experience: 1 or more years in a relevant setting
- Required Education: Must possess a valid RN license
- Must Have Skills: Experience with adult and geriatric populations
- Preferred Skillset: Inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital experience
