Unit Overview: The Labor and Delivery unit has 16 beds and a dedicated team of 120 staff members.
Staffing Information
- Day Shift: Charge nurse, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), Registered Nurse (RN)
- Night Shift: Charge nurse, PCT, CST, RN
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2
Equipment and Technology
- Baxter Pumps
- Phillips Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- EMR: Cerner, Fetal ink
Hiring Profile
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
- High risk experience
- Immediate newborn care
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in circulating roles
