Critical Care Registered Nurse

Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Medical ICU within a large facility, demonstrating proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. This role is vital in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in bedside procedures as needed, including intubations and chest tube insertions.
- Monitor and manage patients' hemodynamic status and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed, including sedation and vasopressors.
- Conduct bedside shift reports to facilitate seamless patient care transitions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Must have Medical ICU experience in a large facility.
- Advanced skills in ventilator management and critical care pharmacology.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
