Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to improve patient outcomes.
- Engage in real-time coaching and feedback with peers.
- Adapt to different sections within the emergency department as needed.
- Implement patient experience initiatives while ensuring respectful behavior.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a high-volume emergency department.
- Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center is preferred.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before hire, and ENPC within 90 days of hire.
