Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Nurse to join our team. This unit focuses on mixed levels of care, accommodating both medical-surgical and step-down patients. You will work in an inpatient overflow unit with a quick patient turnover, targeting short stays of 24 hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with telemetry needs.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with health records.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Telemetry competency.
- Progressive care experience preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
