Telemetry Nurse - Inpatient Overflow Unit
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telemetry Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient overflow unit. This unit specializes in providing care for patients with mixed levels of medical surgical and step-down needs, accommodating short-stay patients with a target length of stay of 24 hours.
Shift Details
- Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 91
Unit Information
- Location: Mission Main Campus, D Corridor, City, State
- Floor: 2nd Floor (D2)
- Number of Beds: 20
- Patient Ratios: 1:5 to 1:6, depending on level of care
- Type of Equipment: Telemetry; all patients hardwired to bedside monitors
- EMR: Cerner
Staffing Information
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs
Qualifications

Weekend and On-Call Requirements
