Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: ED - Emergency Department

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (all before start date)
Experience: 2 years in ER, Level 2 Trauma Center or equivalent, high-volume ED
Unit: Emergency Department (101 beds, 4:1 patient ratio, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds)
Equipment/Tech: Baxter pumps, GE monitors, Cerner documentation
Schedule: Every other weekend, flexible but no block scheduling
Floating Policy: Only within the ED
Patient Care: Focus on AIDET, respect, and patient experience
