Responsibilities- Provide high-quality emergency care while maintaining a patient ratio of 4:1.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with up to 100,000 visits per year.
- Participate in real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Engage in effective patient communication and experience initiatives, adhering to AIDET standards.
- Float to various sections within the Emergency Department as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an emergency setting.
- Experience in a Level II trauma center or comprehensive stroke center is preferred.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
