Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, supporting patients through critical situations while ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement patient care in the emergency setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced skills to perform necessary medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using Cerner.
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to established protocols and guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an emergency department setting.
- Previous HCA experience preferred.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS, with ENPC completed within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume emergency department.
- Teamwork mentality with the capability to coach and provide real-time feedback.
