? Position: Critical Care Float RN – ICU/IMCU ? Location: North Carolina ? Contract Length: 18–22 weeks (Must work through at least 1/3/2026, ideally through 1/31/2026) ⏰ Shift: 3x12-Hour Days – 06:45–19:15 ? Schedule: Rotating weekends (typically every 3rd weekend) No blocked scheduling requests – Flexibility is required May float to IMCU and Med/Surg based on patient volume ? Unit Details: Critical Care Float Pool – ICU/IMCU primary, Med/Surg as needed Must be comfortable with occasional pediatric patients (rare but not redirected) Must be highly flexible and comfortable floating as needed with staff rotation ✅ Requirements: Active NC or Multistate Compact RN license – Must be current at time of submission Certifications Required: BLS – AHA ACLS – AHA NIHSS PALS EMR: Recent EPIC proficiency required Skills Required: Ventilator management Comfort with rare pediatric patients
