Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Telemetry experience to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing specialized care to a variety of patients, including those with multiple co-morbidities, and will primarily focus on a stroke (neuro) patient population. Nurses are expected to float between facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage telemetry patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans.
- Perform nursing duties including accessing ports, blood product administration, and IV management.
- Administer care for feeding tubes and manage central and peripheral lines.
- Provide wound care and isolation precautions as required.
- Maintain critical patient ratios (1:5 to 1:6) and uphold high standards of patient care.
- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience is required.
- BLS and NIH certification are mandatory.
- Previous experience in a telemetry unit preferred, with remote monitoring experience necessary.
- Must possess an active RN license.
