Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00), with up to every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed. No call required.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment and must have experience in trauma, medical emergencies, and special care populations including cancer, sepsis, and behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Administer blood products and manage central lines.
- Perform continuous IV sedation.
- Handle ventilated patients and manage dysrhythmias.
- Triage patients and assist in emergency procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required.
- Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
- STEMI and stroke facility experience preferred.
- Charge experience is a plus.
