Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, demonstrating the ability to manage patients across a wide range of acuity levels. The position involves working in a dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients in the Emergency Department.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs, making quick decisions in emergencies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
- Perform necessary medical procedures as per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 2-3+ years of Emergency Department experience.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIH Stroke.
- Ability to recognize changes in patient status effectively.
