Job Title: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Nurse
Shift Details:Day 4x10-Hour Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM
Position Type: Contract (16-17 Weeks)
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Available
Key Responsibilities:- Circulate and scrub procedures in the Electrophysiology Lab.
- Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics during diagnostic and therapeutic EP procedures.
- Monitor and manage dysrhythmias and isolation precautions.
- Float to the Cath Lab as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Electrophysiology Lab.
- Traveler experience is preferred; first-time travelers will not be accepted.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications are mandatory.
Daily Census: Average of 10-16 cases per day
Patient Demographics: Adults, Geriatrics
Orientation: 3 days orientation provided
Additional Requirements:- No additional time off (RTO) allowed after booking, and any call-offs could result in cancellation.
- Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
- No RTO allowed during the first week of assignment.
- Candidates must have an in-hand NC or Compact license by start date.
- Travel pairs are allowed but must work in different units.
