Location: [Insert Facility Name] Department: OR Radius Rule: Must live 50+ miles from the facility Not eligible if currently employed (FT, PT, PRN) at CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health Driver’s license required at submission for mileage verification ? Shift & Call Requirements: Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Call Requirements: 1–2 weeknights/week Every 3rd weekend Rotating holiday coverage (facility observes 6 CHI holidays) Call Response Time: Within 20 minutes (ASAP response preferred) Scheduling Type: Block scheduling Orientation: 1–2 weeks based on case load Buddy call training varies by surgical case volume and RN comfort level
