Utilize team nursing - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Dementia, dependent older adults, diabetes, rehab/restorative care post acute illness, IV medication, fluid and blood administration, COVID, wounds, initial care of trauma patients in the ER, exacerbation of chronic illnesses, Geriatric population, general rehab post-surgery. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Understanding of dementia, stroke, skin care geriatric patient care - Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Electrolytes, hypertensive medications, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions -
