Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele RN to provide high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a medical/surgical telemetry setting, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with facility policies.
- A minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel.
- Active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.
