Job Description
We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN with a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will possess an active Ohio license or a compact state license and be ready to work night shifts at a top healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
- Utilize effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure patient safety and care excellence.
- Remain compliant with hospital policies and procedures while delivering care.
- Participate in continuous education and maintain certifications as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have an active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
