Shift: Nights, 3x12 (19:00–07:00), Mon–Fri, 80 hrs/pay period. Includes weekday/weekend/holiday on-call (discussed at interview). Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases. Requirements: 18+ months recent CVOR RNFA experience (including vein harvesting) RNFA certification Active Ohio or Compact RN license AHA BLS Two recent references (manager/ANM/supervisor/director in specialty) Note: Additional facility credentialing required before start.
