CVOR RNFA – Nights 3x12s (19:00–07:00) Shift: 3x12s, nights. On-call (weekday/weekend/holiday) discussed in interview. Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases. Requirements: RNFA certification, vein harvesting experience, 18+ months recent CVOR & RNFA experience, active OH or compact RN license, AHA BLS. Other: Must provide 2 recent manager/supervisor references. Additional credentialing required for hospital privileges.
