Staff Nurse, RN - Nights

Outside a 60 mile radius from a specified location.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM, with every other weekend required.

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, while fostering an environment that aligns with our mission to care, heal, and educate. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse delivers direct patient care and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes independent decisions as well as decisions in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. Candidates may be asked to float to similar units and potentially to other facilities as needed.

• Provide direct patient care and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Float to similar units or other locations as required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
