Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. AUTO OFFER - 3x12's ONLY Facility is willing to approve up to a 15-16 week contract. Please confirm desired length of contract at time of submission. D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.) MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience - travel experience will suffice. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
