• OH License
• 2 years experience
• Telemetry monitoring
• Telemetry Interpretation
• BLS
• ONS Chemo preferred
• Oncology experience preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred

• Floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units
• Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5

Patient Diagnoses• The most common diagnoses include all subtypes of the following:• Breast Cancer• Lung Cancer• Prostate Cancer• Pancreatic Cancer• Colon Cancer• Esophageal Cancer• Encounter for antineoplastic chemotherapy
Special Procedures/Unit Details• cares for ALL solid tumor cancers throughout the spectrum of their cancer journey; from new diagnosis, through treatment, and also assisting with transition to end of life care.• Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls• Cares for patients that have true med surg issues
Certifications Required• BLS
Skills Required:• Telemetry Interpretation• Telemetry monitoring

Floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units
