Job Description
We are seeking a skilled L&D Registered Nurse to join our team for a 12-hour night shift. This position requires a compassionate professional committed to providing high-quality patient care in the labor and delivery setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs before, during, and after labor.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on care options and post-delivery care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in Labor & Delivery nursing is preferred.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
