Registered Nurse - Respiratory Unit

Schedule / ShiftNights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with every other weekend required.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team primarily on the Respiratory unit. The RN will work with COVID patients and may float between various Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Respiratory unit.
- Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Float to other Med-Surg units as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the Epic EMR system.
- Active Ohio RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR; must be documented.
- Ability to read Telemetry; competency testing will be performed on day one.
