We’re seeking Home Health and Hospice Aides (CNA/HHA) who are dedicated to bringing comfort, compassion, and daily care to patients recovering at home or nearing the end of life.

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support for patients and families

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse

• Support patients in both home health recovery and hospice comfort care

• Document care accurately in accordance with agency standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active certification as a CNA or HHA in Oklahoma

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (home health or hospice preferred)

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
