Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OR is part of the PT compact privilege state
• 1 Year Experience
• 5-years experience
• Bachelors degree (required)
• AHA BLS
• Masters degree (preferred)

Other Details:

• Home based OT/IP
• Willing to work in Home Health setting (required - this is a Home Health PT position, Home Health experience not required)
• Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) HealthLand EMR
