Job: ER RN Start: ## (Orientations 2x/month) Shifts: Day/Eve/Night rotations in 4-week blocks Must be willing to work any of the following start times: 0645, 0945, 1145, 1345, 1845 Schedule Note: Traveler may remain in one block or rotate with notice Requirements: 1+ completed travel assignment (no new travelers) OR Emergency License accepted (no background hits) Confirm at submission traveler agrees to all shift possibilities Housing may be limited – check availability before submission COVID vaccine + booster required Unit Info: Separate triage (2 rooms) & psych hold areas Common cases: CP, COPD, DKA, Trauma, Stroke, Mental Health, ETOH, OD Support staff: ED Techs, Sitters, RT, Monitor Tech, Security Charge RN & House Supervisor always present EMR: EPIC | Meds: Pyxis | Monitors: Spacelabs Imaging: X-ray & CT in-unit Labs: Nurse & Phlebotomy draw RT handles ABGs, treatments Telemetry: Yes, RNs read strips Scrubs: Any color Orientation: 2 days min No call, no floating Weekends: Every other Holidays: At least 1 major off
