Ambulatory Infusion RN – Oregon ✅ Requirements: Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required at submission) BLS – AHA Healthcare Provider level (required) ACLS – AHA (required) IV therapy experience preferred PICC and midline access proficiency preferred Chemotherapy administration experience preferred National certification preferred (Infusion – CRNI or Oncology – OCN) ONS/ONCC Provider Card strongly preferred Experience with PIV and CVAD access highly preferred
