The Cardiac Cath Lab Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist CV RTR performs a variety of technical functions and patient care activities intraprocedure. The primary function of the CV RTR is the operation of fluoroscopy in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: monitoring procedures scrubbing procedures unit development projects assisting with supply and equipment management/stocking and other duties as assigned. Cath Lab CV RTR staff may be cross trained to EP procedures and support those cases as needed. The Cath CV RTR may be trained to assist in TAVR and TMVR procedures in the SOR Hybrid OR room.
ARRT, ACLS, CPR, OR LICENSE
