Med/Surg Tele RN
Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to provide high-quality care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients on a med/surg telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and implement care plans
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS required
- Telemetry certification preferred
