CVICU Registered Nurse

ScheduleNight shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified CVICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a critical care environment. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced setting, providing comprehensive support to patients recovering from cardiovascular surgery and procedures.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the CVICU.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with diagnostic testing and processes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
- Current Pennsylvania or Compact RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Prior experience in a CVICU or comparable critical care setting is preferred.
