Job Description: The Ultrasound Technologist performs and/or assists with various types of ultrasound procedures, adhering to protocols established by the radiologists. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining ultrasound equipment
- Checking for proper patient preparation
- Operating ultrasound equipment
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Graduate of a 2-year AMA approved Ultrasound program Required
Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in Ultrasound
Licenses:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Required
- Basic Life Support Required
This is a 13-week contract position.
