Registered Nurse - Clinical Specialty
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN is well-versed in the principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual patient needs. This position also involves directing nursing support staff to ensure adherence to the standards of nursing practice and organizational policies.
Responsibilities- Assess and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided to patients.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Guide nursing support staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on current nursing practices and innovations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- PA Registered Nurse License is required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Two years of experience in a clinical specialty is preferred.
This position offers a morning shift with a 12-hour work schedule.
