We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care unit, which is part of the Float Pool. The Patient population will comprise Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU patients, with an expected RN-to-patient ratio of 1:3. Candidates should be prepared to float to other Stepdown and Med/Surg units as needed, although floating to critical care units is not likely.

• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of licensed physicians.
• Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide individualized care.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care according to established standards and policies.

• Registered Nurse License in PA or MSL Compact - Required
• Basic Life Support certification - Required
• 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty area - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing - Preferred
