Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting. This position requires previous travel nursing experience and the ability to pass a critical care competency exam within the first week of the assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced MICU environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MICU setting.
- Prior travel nursing experience is essential.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Must be able to pass critical care competency exam during the first week on assignment.
- No more than 1 week of total time off (RTO) during the 13-week assignment.
- Availability to complete 3 shifts per week for the duration of the contract.
Contract Weeks: 54
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
End of Week (EOW) program is in place.
