Job Title: High Risk Antepartum Nurse

Shift Type: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• On Call Requirements: None
• Holiday Requirement: Christmas or Thanksgiving Required

• Years of Experience Required: 2 Years
• Certifications Required:
  • FHM, AWHONN, NRP, ACLS, and BLS
  • C-EFM is acceptable in place of FHM
• Education: BSN Required
• Preferred Certifications: AWHONN Advanced

Experience with the following required:

• Administration of blood & blood products
• Adult cardiac arrest management
• High Risk Antepartum care
• Labor and Delivery assistance
• Neonatal Resuscitation
• Use of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• A multitude of obstetrical procedures and patient management

• Patient Age Groups: Neonates and Adults
• Daily Census: 200-300 facility births/month
• Unit Features: 15 beds, comprehensive interdisciplinary support

• Valid State License required at the time of submission
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Scrubs are provided
