Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly skilled CVOR RN to assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures. This role requires precision, efficiency, and experience in high-acuity OR environments. The ideal candidate is confident in sterile technique and able to anticipate the needs of the surgical team in real time.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and ensure sterility of the surgical environment
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and assist with rapid response interventions
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Document procedures and ensure accurate post-op handoff

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR or OR experience
• BLS and ACLS required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with open heart and vascular procedures strongly preferred
