Job Description:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students with speech or language impairments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' needs
• Offer support and strategies to improve communication skills

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
