Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse with Level I Trauma experience to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. The candidate will work on a variety of surgical cases, including robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the operating room setting, functioning independently across various specialties.
- Scrub and circulate for robotic and general surgical cases.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in 4-5 calls and 4-5 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix.
- Work during at least one major holiday as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Level I Trauma center.
- Proficiency with the Da Vinci Xi surgical robot; familiarity with the DV5 robot is a plus.
- Experience in robotic, general, GYN, orthopedics, urology, and other surgical specialties.
- Current RN licensure with no hits.
- AHA or ARC certification required.
