RRT/ CRT needed asap SHIFT: NIGHTS- 645P-715A - 3X12'S ROTATING WEEKENDS- NO CALL REQUIREMENTS: TN RESPIRATORY LICENSE BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA OR ARC), NRP UNITS- MS, ICU, ER EQUIPMENT - AIRVO FOR HIGH HUMIDY, V60 AND TRILOGY EV300 FOR BIPAP/CPAP, PURITAN BENNETT 840 & 980, LTV1200 FOR VENTS BASIC OXYGEN MODALITIES EKG'S NAVY SCRUBS RATIO - 15-20 PAITENTS PER ROUND ON BUSY DAYS ****DO NOT SUBMIT IF UNABLE TO START ASAP OR WITHOUT BELOW REQUIREMENTS **** TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY

Required Qualifications
Certified Respiratory Therapist, Adult
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RT-TN
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed); CRT(Copy needed)
OR
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RT-TN

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
