Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with current RT(R) credentials, 1+ year of MRI experience, and availability for weekend day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in an MRI department within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes both inpatients and outpatients requiring MRI scans
• 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Modules are completed during orientation and annually, averaging 2-4 hours and recorded by a Nurse Educator onsite
• Candidates should expect to work some holidays as part of the schedule
• All requests for time off must be included in initial consideration and are subject to approval

Requirements

• Current RT(R) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year MRI experience required
• MRI certification preferred
• MRSO training preferred but not required
• License required if applicable
• PDF copy of Driver's License and SSN required for consideration
• Two references required for consideration
• Local candidates within a 25 mile radius are not accepted
