Requirements:

• Active RN licensure

• BLS & ACLS required

• Completion of ALL ALC modules

• Total patient care experience

• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience

• Travel experience preferred

Scope of Role:
Provides direct patient care in a 36-bed medical-surgical unit. Responsibilities include:

• Total patient care for assigned patients

• Patient ratio: 1:6–1:7

• May float to other units as requested

• EMR: Cerner

Patient Ratio: Typically 6:1
