RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Work every other weekend
• No call requirements
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Float to Telemetry and TCU stepdown units as needed
• Work in 22-bed Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) on 7C floor
• Must have experience with cardiac monitoring and rhythms
• Must have experience with potent non-titratable drips
• Must have experience with respiratory patients including trachs, BiPap, and Airvo
• Work with EMR Meditech system
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Navy scrubs required
• Must be a team player and open to feedback
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, and 2 PCTs
