Additional Details Trauma Level --- Charting System MEDITECH - Client/Server 5.66 Unit Notes • # patients treated per day - 7-10 • Certs - BLS • EMR- Meditech • Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA- PTAs 3-5 at OP, 1 at IP • Weekend Requirement- 1-2 per month, 8-noon only • Holidays- As needed • Scrub Color/Uniform - Any color allowed • Outpatient and Inpatient?- OP 90% of time, IP and Wound Care rest of time • Pharmacy 24/7 • Schedule: Flexible options available — choose between four 10-hour shifts or a standard 5-day workweek. Position includes 1-month inpatient coverage. Open to discussion but evening till 5 pm is required for a minimum of 2 days. Patient Ratio: One-on-one patient care; typically 8 patients during an 8-hour shift. Certifications: BLS required. Advanced certifications are welcomed but not mandatory. Pediatric experience is a plus. License: Must hold a valid Physical Therapy (PT) license. Patient Population: Primarily orthopedic cases with minimal neurological involvement
