Job Description:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals

• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide regular progress reports

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Provide support for students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders

• Assist in program development and intervention planning

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Valid Texas SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Must pass background check and meet compliance requirements
