Occupational Therapist - Acute - (OT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1367.31 - $1498.22

OT needed asap for 13 weeks 7:00AM - 7:00PM (MON -FRI) Will need to cover a Saturday or Sunday shift every week while on contract Floating Area(s): · Will cover all areas of the hospital Type of equipment – standard for rehab services EMR - Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Acute care experience, including clinical rotations while in school REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · Licensed PT or OT in state of Texas Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Experience with complex trauma, complex neuro patients Best personality Fit: · High level of accountability and autonomous ability List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Standard mobility and ADL focus Scrub Color/Attire - hunter green

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-TX(Copy needed)
Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Experience with complex trauma, complex neuro patients
