? CVICU RN – Level 1 Trauma | Travel Assignment Setting: High-acuity, fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center with complex cardiac care ? Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years recent CVICU/ICU experience in large academic or trauma centers Strong critical care background required ECMO experience strongly preferred CRRT, open heart surgery, AAA, and transplant experience preferred Previous travel experience highly preferred Certifications & Skills: Proficient with EPIC (required) Comfortable with floating across critical care units Scheduling: No self-scheduling – flexibility required Every other weekend (EOW) required Environment: Busy, high-volume unit with a collaborative but fast-paced team Must be able to adapt quickly and perform under pressure
