Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVICU position in an Advanced Vent Unit requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Advanced Vent Unit (CVICU) within a hospital setting
- Work schedule is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on day shifts
- Patient population includes critical care and advanced ventilation cases
- 13-week contract assignment
- Responsibilities include providing advanced critical care nursing to ventilated patients
- Compliance with documentation and reference requirements is expected
- Must have all required certifications and licensing documents prepared for review
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in CVICU required
- Current certifications from AHA or ARC, none expiring within 30 days of start
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required
