Job Highlights:

• Setting: Nursing Home / Rehab Facility

• Schedule: Day shift | 5x8s (Monday–Friday)

• Contract: 13 weeks

• Compensation: Up to $1,650/week

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and carrying out treatment plans for patients.

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence.

• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with care teams.

• Support elderly and rehab patients in achieving their physical recovery goals.

• Foster a compassionate and motivating environment for patient success.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.

• Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Experience in a nursing home or rehab setting preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.
